The process drawn as it actually happens, the decision about what to automate first, and the software that holds it up — a custom system, integration between tools you already pay for, or automation of a repetitive task, depending on the case. Not everything is worth it. We separate what pays back quickly, what requires changing the process first, and what is cheaper left manual — automating a rare exception usually costs more than it solves.

Replacing a critical spreadsheet

The spreadsheet holding the operation together becomes a system with rules, permissions and history, without losing what was good about it: being fast to use. A spreadsheet dies when its replacement is slower than it was.

Integrating what you already use

The ERP, the spreadsheet, the management tool and the chat, no longer talking to each other by copy and paste. Often the answer is not a new system — it is connecting what already exists and is already paid for.
